After about 4 months I have gone through this semester, I have learned so many new things especially in this subject EDU 702 Research Methodology. At first, I was a bit lost, as for me this subject is really difficult and theoretical. We have to learn and straight away practice in what we have learned, we must really be in track and understand the whole idea of doing research. This is because in doing research, they are steps that should be followed exactly if not,m we will be lost and could not find the result of the research that we intend to do.
Generally the idea is, in completing the research we must know which area that we are interested more in order to create awareness and interest while doing the investigation. We must get prepared with more that 30 journals of past research on the same topic in order to create and add on idea and knowledge towards the topic that we intend to choose. We must be discipline, be in time, be critique in thinking and we also must be accurate and serious in doing research.
I have found myself very creative while doing research proposal, this is because it makes me think fast and deep in what I want to investigate. I have to understand first the idea and knowledge on the topic that I chose. I have to read all the past research that relevant to my topic and understand the basic of the topic. It makes me work harder and be more discipline. As I know this is Masters level so I should come out with something that can contribute to communities and education sectors.
